I used to feel the same, but this changed my mind. We can never live our life to the fullest if we keep thinking about death. Live each and every moment of your life, and never think about death, it will happen some day, but it's definitely not today. You're here for a reason, try to find your purpose in life.
Another important method I used was to think of all those people who don't have any food or family and they're living their lives with so much difficulty. Think about how you can help them.
Being grateful for what you have, can actually help you fight anxiety.

Try to focus on your present more.
Cherish and celebrate life, don’t keep thinking about that one day, don’t miss out on the beauty of being alive.
Be grateful and look for a passion to pursue.

I am also feel anxiety and feel that i have a heart problem. But all the Diagnostic are normal.
