It’s something very respectful your doing and u should be proud of it. Infact I am proud of u doing this for your dad. However, I understand you aren’t able to enjoy your life the way you want it. In order to reduce your frustration you can probably take out time for yourself post work and relax. Dieing is not an option as life is precious, be strong

This is a very difficult time, i can understand how stressed you must be? I am glad that you took the responsibility ok your shoulders but this is very valid that you also has to leave all of your dreams and desires over this responsibility.
