Depressed because of strained family relationship

In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

Stress

I am really sad i had anger issues and it seems to be out of control . I fought with every family member and aferwards i cried due to guilt and I think nobody loves me and everyone is selfish. Whenever I cry I could not control myself and think all depressing stuff going on in mylife and continue crying 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

I think you should try to identify your triggers and try to avoid such situations. Escape fromthat very moment if you begin to feel angry.

I'm also having same or similar family issue. I also make myself involved in my family issues and end up loosing my peace. I burst out of guilt and regrate why did I do like that later..
