Sometimes i feel this way and its hard to express, like your slowly suffocating in invisible bubble x.x .i know its not easy thing and its unavoidable but till you know what you wanna do what helps is drawing and writing silly poems for me to calm my mind . Maybe find a nice hobby to keep your hands busy from things you find interesting even if it turns out silly :3.

What also helps is talking it out whenever you feel sad or trapped just find somewhere or someone you trust you empty the pain from your heart
