Going through deppresion after fighting with my boyfriend that led him to jump over from 4th floor and hes very hurt😭😭dont know what to do to get through this

I am trying to do all that but dont know what to do to get it out of my head

It will take some time, try to process it. Give yourself some time. As soon as he recovers you will also start feeling fine. Try to forgive yourself.
