actually chronic stress made me like this..my father had been suffering from gastric and other stomach troubles for about 8 years..i went far from home for my H.S. I was pretty well till then..but suddenly the extreme college stress and my own certain bad habits made me sick multiple times and I also build up stomach problems..after passing H.S. I reached home,but then suddenly my father's stomach troubles reached a very critical state..his physical appearance turned to be really horrible..then I got tremendous shock..i thought I will also have to end my life like my father.beacuse I was also suffering from some sort of stomach troubles silently..and I thought my physical condition will also turn horrible like my father in future..i couldn't share any kind of my mental stress to my parents because of this condition..then I started avoiding all the foods that cause stomach troubles like meat,egg etc..spending like this for about 5 months my body suffered defieciency of nutrition of vitamins,proteins etc..and suddenly one night,I suffered horrible physical symptoms of being paralysis(I thought that and got extremely scared )and got admitted to hospital..after discharge from hospital..i was too much weak and on the other hand,my stomach problems were still there ..my father recovered from his horrible state and was living well..then I dared to share my stomach problems to my parents and got consulted by a gastrologist and subsequently recovered from stomach issues also..But because of the tremendous mental stress mentioned above..i developed depression.and dpdr(you know well about this horrible mental desease)..you just imagine the level of mental stress I've been through..then I consulted a psychiatrist and took medicines for about 4 months..i felt well(not completely) after taking medicines..after spending months well(..i could not form healthy habits)..my mental issues bounced back and existential thoughts are very much sounding these days..
