If you are bothered by your friend dating your ex I think you should distance yourself completely from her. Try to focus on ither things in life. You should focus on moving on. Moving on doesn’t mean you have to also start dating or be in a relationship. You can try other things like being productive, picking up a hobby, catching up with old friends etc. What do you do?

Ik but still sometimes I feel so much for him n I feel so depressed I m not able to frgt him as in I enjoy things but memories I can't frgt that I do sketching n other activities but still

Yeah! I can understand you don’t have to forget him but you have to accept it that it’s over now. Acceptance will help you make peace with it.

It’s okay to not be in a relationship. It’s good that you now you want to enjoy your life but you can’t be stuck on someone. You can meet new people and keep your guards doen, things will happen on it’s own.
