i suggest u both to make up time together...at the first few mins or hr..try to be silent..be calm..let ur minds be calmed.n talk abt ur.feelings.. also he who has to supprt..be polite..n calm..

talk to them- ik it might feel nerve racking but tell them you are craving their affection more than ever and that you need them to be with you. If they do support you- they will understand and be there but if they don't- it's better to raise the child on your own than ask for someone's support who doesn't want to do it.(i am sorry if i sound mean or rude i am just being honest)
