i see. it is a lifelong process, but campus life is always a good start to discover yourself. first, by grades. second, by social interaction. third, find peers who are genuine with you.

make a point of doing a self-reflection once a month when you are feeling calm and relaxed.
FrenzyPants
it is very okay. some things take time. it is already a good thing you want to work on yourself, it is part of self-love.
zestyhawk40
can u explain what do u mean by self reflection?
FrenzyPants
it is like rewinding moments you have experienced. things that made you felt good, sad, offended, proud etc. put a pin on them and relive in your head to remind yourself whether they are things you would want to change or repeat. it is like learning to better your answer in an exam, but in this context, it is re-writing your life for the future.
zestyhawk40
u mean learn from my past experiences??
FrenzyPants
yes, that would be half of it. but the other half is conscious action to understand which you want to be a strength and which is a lost cause. i hope i'm making sense.
