what do you do in terms of helping them understand you more? what kind of relationship are you looking for with your parents?

I don't really know what do . Everytime I walk out of my room , I feel the tension , tg3y make the house feel like a war zone , they can't stop pointing fingers at me , finding fault , ganging up and belittling me honestly the only bullies I've faced so far are my parents and that's the worst feeling! I don't like staying at home but circumstances.... I have no option . I only wish they'd care for me and my feelings , and get out of this habbit of frequently hurting and being harsh .
