for past 2-3 werks i am feeling very low ,lonely and depressed .for past 1 year i am not able to overcome a person and now it has frustuated me.secondly that person wants second chance and wants me back in his life .he was my best friend .thirdly nowdays i am having conflicts with my one of my girl best friend .now we are in fight.past 2-3 months she is behaving weired and doesnot understand me and wants things acc . to her.

Hey thanks for reaching out I know it's a difficult time for you. Try journaling your feelings. Try to indulge in activities that you enjoy. Communicate your feelings with your girl best friend.

instead of sorting out she is in her chill mood with her other friend not even thinking about me.she should atleast call m3.i feeling worst this is call friendship

It would be helpful if you meet new people. Developing new hobbies and interests. It would be healthier if you focus on self growth.
