I hate my life, my over controlling parents I hate everything about me ,I wish I was dead.

I think you should try to talk to them about this, tell them how you feel. You can talk about the things that bother you and can come on common term of agreement about certain things. You can ask for leniency in certain matters. Make sure you are polite and assertive while talking about it.
