frustration and anger issues since last7-8 months, anger towards parents as well

am facing anger issuess since last 7-8 months. with that i have feeling of loneliness from last 1½ year my anger issues are with my parents . i love them so much but they were too strict with me since childhood , thats why i have started hating them , i cant talk with them without getting angry or frustrated . and when when this happens i start hating myself more . i love them i dont want to hate them

That’s really thoughtful of you even in your anger ☺️. I suggest just talk to them but first you have to stay calm while doing that. My brother used to count till 20 everytime he would get angry and start observing the situations he was getting angry at . This helped him a bit
