There can be two prospects.- Firstly that the person hates you ,wants you to feel down, taking some revenge, maybe you hate that person that's why you feel bad why you are made to hear some nonsense. Secondly. may be that person is right about you if you realise that the words by that person is correct take it positively and try to improve yourself.
