I had physically and verbally abused my brother for 3 years ,when he was just 4 years old ,I am very sad ,i just cant stop thinking about the times when i slapped my brother and he went numb and cried a lot ,I hear his cries ,please tell me what to do ,I am guilty over my disgusting behaviour ,I knew it was wrong but I still did this cruel thing ,tell me what to do
