sometimes u have frustration in you which you simply throws on your partner, so there is way in which h can share your thoughts and talk to someone u'll feel light and then u'll not throw that anger on your partner or even u'll no more angry or frustrated

I feel like this post was written by me. I feel you. I am in the same situation. I have a lot of unresolved trauma and recently diagnosed with anxiety disorder. I keep asking my boyfriend a lot of questions or ask him continuously question him about his actions because of my anxiety(even though he has always been faithful to me and loved and cared about me so much). It was really hard for our relationship and there was a point things were about to be over. My therapist told me I was only seeing things in Black and white. there was a gray area in between that I was not seeing. If we only see all the interactions as either good or bad a lot of misunderstandings can happen. maybe if we see the grey area of neutral experiences that we can maybe weigh in a turn as a happy experience things will start to get better.
