morning anxiety is worse... it just ruins ruins whole day... n no one seems to understand it.. coz it's actually not a disease.
yes what should we do
just find out the main cause... face your fears. accept that u are feeling broken from inside. cry out. let it all out.. then take deep breaths. talk to urself in the mirror.. try to see laughter videos like Kapil Sharma show..
but untill u accept yourself and your trauma you will not be able to move ahead...
just think it's ok whatever it is.. it is not the end
