So, basically i will divide past trauma in two parts : 1. a person is past which is haunting you 2. a event done by you or your action which is haunting you. there is something which doesn't heal with time i.e the 2nd part "event done by you" as i know every human being is replaceable if you are confident about yourself. for 2nd part you need spiritual support and leave everything to creators. "people make the plans , god make the plans , he is the best planner of all". No medicine , no friends can help you in this (current generation is filled with pre occupied perception which can hurt you more and make you feel guilty abstain from Sharing any of your embarassing moment. talk with creator ask his help. you will be perfect within a month.
