I feel Nothing.....I just want to sleep and I don't want to wake up anymore. I am dealing with my battle ALONE, crying silently

Don't worry ... Keep urself busy! Read books ! What I learn in this lockdown - learn to vibe alone... Enjoy ur own company by thanking what u have or had until now! It happens when we feel empty or nothing! That normal don't freak out... Haha don't sleep the whole day... Wake up early in the morning.... It's that majority of the problems are solved by waking up early... I personally have experienced that! Wake up meditate, exercise foe atleast 30 mins! Don't be that bed bug or potato couch personality! There so much u can do in this free time! List down the things that pleasures u Drink caffeine in need for first few days! Life is so awesome !
