I too have a Sam's problem what I do is take my exam myself I mean to say lock up your start the watch and create atmosphere just like in examination hall slowly you get use to it and it will help you try it

Thinking about result right now will just increase your overthinking and that's not good for mental health and if that's happened then it will affect your exam preparation so it's better you just focus on your preparation
