You can do that prioritizing your worth and focusing on yourself only. Do things that makes you feel good.
The more you seek for validation the more you are in self doubt nature, just make sure the person your asking validation for is he/she that capable enough or has known you.. and if they have known you.. you don't need to be seeking validation now and then coz then they know who the true you is.
immediatly stop. By doing that, you're killing yourself. Why? because you will begin seeing yourself from the eyes of someone else. For example, my mother since I am a daughter, always tells me that I am just a nobody. I am nothing, I will never be nothing. Always pointing out a ton of flaws inside me. So what I did, I distanced myself from her by having my own room. I have downloaded an app that is a diary where I record whatever I go through in a day. That recording is like talking to myself and I instantly feel healed. I do this everyday, so that I point out the mistakes I make in a day. I see myself as lion, but my mother sees me as a deer ( im stating an example) to be someone big in life, you need to see yourself in a bigger picture, and it is only you, who can actually see herself that way. Remember that.
