why you want to talk? accept yourself that you don't want to talk it's 👌okay.. to be self concentrated.
You are not alone madmax04 I too face this problem of being social. I think we need first accept ourselves. Try everyday little steps that we like to do. I got suggestion in the session, that: write é good things about yourself daily and do mindful breathing. As it's a process not an end goal, we should have patience, it takes some time. but surely We can overcome this problem. So don't take it that much serious, chill ❤️😊
maybe you first try to understand what makes you scared so the root cause can be treated!
