Try to have confidence on yourself, you are no less than anyone. Focus on the over reaction of people and slowly start socializing with people. Initiate conversation, practice a script before going out or making a call to a friend. It will help.

it's normal .once you get comfortable it will get better .I used to be like that too .I used feel bad after having a conversation with anyone.but I realised it was because I wasn't comfortable and not that close .you will find yourself talk fluently once you get comfortable .it's okay don't worry .
