I am going through the same situation lately and so, the only thing I can suggest you right now is that you can read books, watch shows, dramas, anime, etc. because they kind of help me forget my pain for the time being.

you're not useless. feeling lonely can be overwhelming and it's okayy. if your loved ones are busy, try to connect with your own self. loneliness is bad but solitude.. is absolutely peaceful. love yourself and your company!!
