fighting suicidal thoughts

I have been fighting the thoughts of suicide for quite 2 months cause you know it's hard living it's painful I m suffering from disease not just physically but mentally too even breathing gets hard I have rashes all over body I got fat because of the side effects of the medicine and my disease doesn't have cure people don't know even what disease it is after hearing though I m suffering from SLE or you can say lupus

you know the thing is my family doesn't know this that I m seeking help for mental health. if tell them they get worried and then ask what is it? what prblm do you have ? now how do I ans even if I ans they say I m thinking too much and it will all be okay in some days and they doesn't understand and I m not independent yet I m student so I m not financially independent so I can't book appointments even if I want to
