Even I m dealing with major anger issues and mood swings although I have reasons for it everything is annoying me a lot nowadays I try to calm myself down but it's not working !
Try avoiding situations which make you angry and always respond once your calm. I do that and it does help 40%.
I was covid positive last month, recoverin stil. not sure if it's due to that. but I always had mood swings like u said . now it's unbearable
u should take a day off your regular schedule try hanging out with people u love,care
I feel like I have nobody to hang out. even if I go with someone they end up talking about their issues, I get more angry. i end up empowering them but deep down no one who can understand me and my issues. I feel stuck.
I feel like a fire ready to burn everything up. that's how I feel deep inside.
