It's ok. Shit happens. It does with the best of us from time to time. Just take a deep breathe and stay put. Know your capabilities and worth and move ahead. Take your time, you don't have to rush. Try and get your emotions out, either by art or by music or writings.

I am telling you this from my experience. I often used to go insane and I suffered from depression. I almost killed myself twice but was saved. Slowly I started to let things go with time.. in the flow.. trust me with time.. if you believe in yourself.. and grow some self belief and faith..you will become better... Try something new.. like going out cycling or singing or any kind of a new hobby.. indulge yourself in it.. it will help..you. let your thoughts and emotions out..don't cage them inside.. trust me.. and whoever that is making you suffer like that if there is a someone.. then that person is not worth you...
