I am so stressed. I can't focus or get myself to do what I want. I know a few things that are bothering me- I have to manage my house, because my parents are out working- and my elder brother is useless. I have been having a rough relationship with my boyfriend- last nights argument which we did solve is still bothering me. I just want to cry. how can I relax
