ah i have those to sometimes for moodswings you can think about one think it could be your favorite thing favorite person or show try to find something that will help you ignore other without you knowing that the bestest way and about anxious find something that makes you happy sense you can't sleep try different ways to sleep like ASMRs relaxing song or voices and stuff that makes you feel calm then you would able to sleep if one doesn't work try something else

since my grandmother has passed away last month I'm entirely out of mind. she was a part of my life always and now when I remember that she is not here it is making me feel so bad. also feels like to need one friend to talk or nothing just to for a walk or anything to calm my mind. it is totally affecting my whole day and the studies as well.

oh i am sorry for you grandma she must be very special for you. You should remember she wouldn't like see you sad, remember she is always with you watching you go. if need a someone to talk to, i am here, your grandma will be happy to see you happy. don't forget about her but don't focus on her to much either she won't be happy to see you going down in your life

yes absolutely also i don't have any friends circle that are always there for me to talk at any midnight or nothing and that is another thing so when my mind pile with such bad feelings i have no one to share that with.

i have problems with my family. I don't have the best family my parents don't understand what i am going through and i don't want them to understand either...... my mother is the one who gave me most of my problems i don't have any one to talk to so i made up my own imaginary family

and i hope you have a better family now but in most of the case you can have a conversation with your real family members as well not to make it complicated but to make more comfortable that if incase some one can understand you if you after talk to them then that would be a better start for you. i wish you get good days soon.

sigh* i have try but we just get in à fight i guess you can make me feel better by saying(or typing) "the future will be better". and i hope your sadness will be better as well. I think i can't talk anymore, mother was giving me a scary look because its almost 2 in the morning, text me if you feel down but maybe tomorrow hope you understand
