It is great that you imagine things.. don't worry overthinking about relationship or people draw back your energy and you might feel depressed.. but imagination thoughts on an activity actually gives you enthusiasm and energy . Try to think over it. Human mind can be habituated .. don't worry it is just an interesting habit your mind imagine.  Habits can  be breakable ... train your mind.
