my issue is similar to you , difference my issue is with my own husband ,twoys earlier I post a massage a friend replied to show him more love so that he cannot be harmful ,that really worked for one day,now I need to find out some other trick ,but in your case it is roommate thus try to deal it with love if not successful then change your room ,but at first try to manage by treating him/her live kid and love that will give you time too in case you need to change your room .

Join a bunch of clubs and activities - unfortunately you can’t ditch her right now but if you’re away and doing things you’ll feel better and the stress will hopefully be scarce
