Job quitting

Question

Currently iam working in an old generation private bank. My job pays me a good Salary, but the working conditions here are really pathetic and there is immense pressure. I'm not at al interested in this kind of works and everyday I reach home only by 8.30 pm. I got this job via campus placement and it's a prestigious job in others eyes. But for me it's killing me and I'm planning to quit this soon. This kind of job was never in my dreams and I got into this without knowing much of the reality. I couldn't even prepare for anything else cause I reach home only by 8.30 pm and go to office by 9.30 am.I know I'm in a wrong place, but I'm the only earning member in my family. But i really wish to go towards my dreams rather than being tied up here for a life time. I have a bond for 3 yrs and it's only 1.5 yrs now. So what should I need to do. Do I need to wait until the bond is over or quit this toxic job that eats me soon

you should probably look for another job, which you would like. Quitting and having nothing to go to can be uncertain. I would advise you to first look for the job and get selected fornthat position and then quit. I don't think bond really will be a great issues unless your company has spent money on your advancement.
