probably coz mercury is in retrograde everybody is feeling lazy It's ok ull get over it and if u don't have the stamina to get back to schedule just stop thinking about it and start doing it It's either one day or day one u choose

Try to work on staying motivated and doing at least 4 things from your daily schedule, you can also set up everyday agenda in the morning, don't stick to one routine
