the main cause of loneliness is getting lost in your thoughts instead of analysing and working on them we tend to think about it and that's what makes us overwhelmed and the cause of your anger is that u r holding up some thing that you should have let go of think, analyse what had happen in the past and that has passed and you are still holding it up
