I can understand what you're currently going through because I have clinical depression too and majority of my days like these, since, you don't have anyone to talk to then I would suggest you look into things, shows, etc that you're interested in, go take a stroll if possible and may be get a pet, they won't abandon you that easily like other people. Lastly, I am sorry that I couldn't be of any help to you. Sending you hugs💜

It's normal to have depression cause of loneliness. I do feel that too everyday. I'll try to mingle in with the crowd but the conversation usually dies out fast. I'd be having my breakfast, lunch and dinner all alone in the mess where everyone else would be having fun time talking with each other. No company for movies, or going out or for gym to get some stress out. So these days I'm started doing everything alone, going for random movies, taking a walk in night for n hour, having an ice cream every other evening while sitting outside the shop and reading a manhwa, trying to feed a stray cat that comes by, going gym everyday. I'm not out of the depression or the loneliness feeling but whenever I do those stuff it does brighten up my mood atleast when I'm doing it.

that's the problem I live in hostel and seriously my room is empty nothing too do so i study but study just take 6hrs of the 24 and rest 18hrs from which 8hrs are gone while sleep but remaining 10 hrs causes problem i just surf through the internet to get rid of the day

Same here. I'll wake up around 8:30 my roommate will be gone by then for his job, I'd get ready by 9:30 n go to mess for breakfast. I'll try not to use phone even though I'll be alone. Then to college, I'll be in lab till 2am. The only break I get is the lunch time and 3 hours I take for gym and dinner in evening. I don't get much time to talk either with others. And since I don't drink, I'm not invited to their parties that happen every other night. I was feeling too lonely the other day and I googled "Is there any number that I can call to if I'm feeling lonely " and this app came up. So here I am

I wake up at 7:30 am go to bathroom then from 8-10 am college classes then 10 am - 1 pm hospital postings after that come and have a lunch after that there is seriously nothing to do please suggest something except gym

I wasn't suggesting gym. Gym is my way of letting out my frustration and to get tired so that I can get some sleep in night since I used to loose sleep cause of my anxiety and depression. You can try to do something creative like drawing, reading, writing etc. that can help you get a relief. I read manhwas to get my mind off stuff. And I usually write the things anonymously that are bugging me in either my YouTube channel or my wattpad stories. Us depressed people can be really good with writing stories and songs. Try something that suits you. Whatever you're feeling you write somewhere, doesn't have to be on any platform, these days I just write in my notes of phone it does help a little, one thing though don't read it later and get reminders. It's just for letting out not for revisiting (if you're writing it on notes and those are personal, do hide them). And some good songs can help too.
