Hi ... When I was in clz I loved a guy.. we were in relationship for 2years and then he dumped me in 2016. I was in total depression for almost 4years, from aug 2016 to Oct 2020. In this period I was in total depression. I didn't think of anything. I was completely in another world. Now I realised and moving on.. but now I am unable to concentrate on studies. If I read anything im not remembering it. Before this breakup also I'm not A grade student but im good at studies. I'm thinking that depression freeze my mind coz of long depression state. Is it true ? If it is.. what do I do to concentrate on studies. Please suggest me.. I have no idea what I'm doing with my life ryt now I'm going to depression for not concentrating on studies. Bcoz people around me are insulting me looking me cheap. Cracking jokes on me. Im literally dying inside. I'm getting fear to face people and interview.
