My girlfriend is confused about me and another guy

In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

Me and my girlfriend went on a break after dating for a year because we couldn't see each other during covid and that was causing a lot of fights. In that time she met another guy online and they started talking. We did miss each other still and decided to patch up but now she's saying that she is confused between me and him. I really love her and hate myself for ever breaking up with her in the first place. How do I win her back?

You can't really win someone who doesn't want to be won. Your girlfriend needs to make a choice and stick to it, thereafter you can work on your relationship and strengthen it. Don't guilt trip her at any point for being confused though because you two were indeed not together.

Just give her the freedom and space to make her own decision. You deserve to be loved by someone who is sure about you so if she's not, then it'd be wise to just break apart on good terms. It might hurt you now but it's a wise decision for the long-term.
