Hello everyone, I am here to get some suggestion on my health issues. actually from a week I am having chest pain and heart platipitaion all my ecg and echo test came positive doctor say I only have anxiety but this is not stopping at all, anyone facing similar issue can we talk??

I am totally fine just this chest pain and rare heart platipitation not going away and doctors did all kind of test they say I am fine don't no what to do

no worries this pain might have come to due to wrong posture of sleep or etc.. it will go away .. don't worry you will be perfectly fine.. do some physical exercises whenever u gets tome
