First of all don’t think so negatively. You can see some of us are late bloomers, so don’t be disheartened. Not everyone finds their aspirations from a very young age. Just relax and focus on improving yourself as a person and individual daily.

it makes me so anxious I feel tightness around my stomach and sometimes my heart races faster. I have certain thoughts like 'I'm a bad person secretly' and 'don't deserve any love and care' and sometimes I feel anxious for no certain reason like 'something horrible is going to happen in the future'
Oh and I think I have social anxiety too, despite being a dental student, I feel fear of talking in group projects or case presentations
