Not able to express emotions

In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

Depression

There has been no trauma in my life lately it's just every small thing hits me and I'm sad for no valid reason I just want to cry my heart out while I hold someone among my close people circle but I live with such strict parents. I am not allowed to go anywhere, not even to casually meet with my friends that makes me so sad and being alone in this house makes me feel lonely and so unhappy, I wish I could tell my parents how sad and depressed I am.

No, they are just too difficult to talk to. My mom blames me for "behaving badly" when I try talking to here and my dad, God just leave him he starts yelling at me as I say a word regarding anything he doesn't eveb bother to hear what I'm saying he speaks in such a tough manner I get scared and never say anything to either of them. I seriously feeling like killing myself

I am sure it must be getting exhausting for you, do you have any friend you can talk to? Also do you mind sharing what happened?

I have very supportive friends I used to talk to them about my feelings but after my high school my friends and I are now in different schools and we don't share the same bond as we did , it's not like they don't understand me but I just don't want to bother anyone else because of my mental state. I don't feel like sharing my feelings with anyone now and I feel completely under confident, lonely and numb from inside

Also, there are no specific reason for ny breakdown I just start crying and a strong feeling of killing myself generates I feel like if I were dead than everything will be so simple I just can't take this mental burden anymore but I stop thinking about my younger sister. I want to give her a better life than my mine I want to be there for her when she needs some to hold upon her she's the one who is the reason for me to keep going
