I think you need to do things that you enjoy doing.
Also are you going through any stressor in life?

YouJust need an outlet to stay calm and vent out your stress... So have some me time or the time you spend with you hubby or dear ones who make you smile ...beside your kids..

As per i know ..only you can know your thoughts and cause of stress ..try to eliminate that..
Talk with closed ones..but lovingly...with a sweet tone...
Dont repeatedly yell at your anyone or kids because they will start confiding in other people and start hiding atuffs from you..
