Overwork and anxiety

I'm so anxious today becuz of my bad physical health I'm getting thinner and feeling so bad pain in stomach at night becuz of overwork I'm a student but the busy schedule and overworking making my both health worse 😔 is anyone facing same prblm?

my sleep cycle is completely unstable sometimes i stay awake all night and sleep in morning 4-5 hours and everyday i sleep late becuz i had insomnia before
