hii, if you face panic attack again next time you can try this. Let it be...Don't try to control it. Reason is your brain is releasing certain stress hormone..and when you realise that you are having panic attack, it releases it much more and Therefore causing all the pains and blackout. Next time tell yourself yes I might be having anxiousness and it's ok, I am not going to die (if you feel this thing while going through panic attack). This will prevent your brain to release those fight or flight hormone which actually causes panic attack.
