Hello everyone ! This my first use of the app , I'm quite confused and in need for help ! I've been suffering from anxiety and mood swings for a very long time but I've always thought it's just a flaw of my personality but lately I've been feeling so down and anxious it's been like two months ! All i have is negative thoughts and self doubt and mood swings ! I hope it's not very serious but day by day I lose my energy to interact and i would like some recommendations ! Psycho therapy is expensive and i can't afford it so I'm thinking of trying some medicine P s: I'll graduate this year so the stress Is killing me !
