Physically abused by parents

Hi, I'm 16 years old. My parents beat me up almost everyday due to the most trivial things. They say that it's the only way to discipline me. When I tell my friends they say that's how things go, but I'm being subjected to serious violence. I have marks all over my body. My mother event burnt my arm. I'm not a rebellious or ignorant at school either, how do I make this stop?

This is outright wrong, don't be affected by what your friends are telling you. Tell your parents that them beating you up is damaging you physically and emotionally, voice your frustrations. If they still choose to ignore you, threaten to out them at school.

Tell your parents calmly how you feel. If they still keep it up, then inform a trusted adult of your sufferings. Stay strong and try to stay out of their way.
