You should definitely give it a try. It’s really good, it helps in having focus, gives you peace.

I tried meditation, it's kinda uncomfortable but it really helps you focus and be mindful of your mind. You would get used to meditation overtime. And I'm still practicing it and to be honest it really helped. When I didn't try that my mind really is in chaos and I would be really sensitive to anything for like days or weeks but now it only lasts for like a minute or an hour. and then I would eventually move on. Unlike before, I would just mindlessly react to certain things that would end up hurting me.
