I can understand that, don't distance yourself from them, instead try to do some simple things such as taking care of yourself. Your parents seem to be pretty mad at you so it's best to have some me time too, you could Benifit by calming down as well

I want to have a me time. Bt if am being honest i don't enjoy my company anymore. If am alone I think of all the cruelties that I had done even I sleep less than 2 hrs these days. I'm overthinking like anything 😕

Try to do something new in such a way that it distracts you from your thoughts. Exercise or a walk outside helps a lot too

If it helps, you could also try talking to some good people that you know who will listen to you such as a close friend, if not then try to talk to them sometime?
