how to solve relationship issues ,i constantly cry for a person from last few his behaviour is completely changed ,he doesnt talk much ,our conversation starts from good mornig and ends with good night ,the problem i dont know the reason ,i m getting sick ,

It is better you give space to each other. Use conversation starters. Try to talk to each other on video calls to feel more connected. Talk on general topics. Take breathable breaks in the relationship. Describe your feelings as a third person.
