start doing some activity which u wanted to do in past. or develop new hobby . this will make u feel content at least. little acomplishments makes u feel happy so make small goals n try to complete them

i do try all these things but can't remain consistent other things start hitting me and i again start thinking about my problems

it's normal to thing again n again. and one cannot be consistent. u have to push little bit. this happen with me also. I tried writng poetry, then learning piano, stock classes n now drawing ☺
