from last 1.5 months I feel so alone, I have no one to share. most of the time I talk with myself.i have lost my appetite and sleep.having mood swings.sometimes I cry for no reason.sometimes I scared because I have nobody. Then I motivate and inspire myself.is it a sign of depression? if yes then how can I get out of it.please help

then I motivated and tried to settle down in life.then I opened a matrimony account there I met a guy.talk for 1 week.after 1 week I came to know he is also married and have matrimony account still.this kind of things repeatedly why happening with me.why my life is becoming so tough. I am fed up

I see, my dear, this is a lot to go through, trust me you have been going through a lot. I am sorry for your loss, I can understand how burdened and hurt you must be feeling due to all of this. Trust yourself that you are a strong woman.
You need to take a break and not look for temporary distractions, acknowledge this feeling and try to accept it.
First be in the right mind space then only think about starting to date.
